Product Description
Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTiOPO4,KTP)
KTP (KTiOPO4) is an excellent non-linear crystal. It exhibts high optical quality, broad transparent range, relatively effective SHG coefficient ( about 3 times higher than that of KDP), very high optical damage threshold, wide acceptance angle, small walk-off , and type 1and type 2 non-critial phase-matching (NCPM) in a wide wavelength range. KTP is the most commonly used material for frequency doubling of Nd:YAG laser and other Nd-doped lasers, particularly at the low or medium power density. The properties of KTP make it superior as an electro-optic modulator as well as an optical waveguide device, including phase modulators, amplitude modulators and directional couplers.

KTP or Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTiOPO4) is widely used in both commercial lasers including laboratory and medical systems, range finders, lidar, optical communication and industrial systems. It has large nonlinear optical coefficient, wide angular bandwidth and small walk-of angle. As well as broad temperature and spectral bandwidth.
