Water cooled Xenon Lamp Test Chamber for auto seat leathers
Product description:
Xenon lamp test chamber, also known as "simulated solar radiation test chamber", simulates full sunlight spectrum xenon arc lamp to represent the destructive waves under different environment. It is used for scientific research, product development and quality control to provide the corresponding environmental simulation and acceleration test. According to test standard and test method, It is devided into air cooling xenon lamp, air cooling xenon lamp and bench top xenon lamp. The differences for the three types are test temperature, test humidity, test time, etc.

Structure & material:
Material for internal chamber: Lamp installed on the top, irradiance area within 500*500mm, spin racks one the bottom (Speed 0-5r/m, adjustable its height), SUS#304 high grade stainless steel.
Material for external chamber: Well painted cold rolled steel
Modulator tube: Lamp tubes horizontally installed on the top of the test area.
Heating pipe: Nico-chrome heating pipe
Humidification: Vapor generator
Specimen shelf: Stainlees steel
